Government Subsidies
Direct investments (grants) from city & district-level industrial funds (250m € and 62m €).
- 50% subsidy for research and development expenses (up to 740k € for clinical trial projects).
- Additional subsidy of 124k € / 248k € for Class II / Class III innovative devices.
- Maximum subsidy of 62 € / m² for newly built clean workshops.

Low Operating Costs
- Industrial land costs 15k € per 667 square meters (30 years).
- An average factory building price of 470 € per square meter.
- A rental cost of 1,20 € to 1,50 € per square meter per month.
Those costs are significantly lower than that in the core areas of the Yangtze River Delta, resulting in notable cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

NJMEP "one location, eight centers" provides full-process services such as registration and evaluation, inspection and testing, bonded warehousing, etc., all in one place.
Furthermore, the NJMEP collaborates with research institutes such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Zhejiang University to accelerate technology transformation and product implementation.

and Transportation
Located at the geometric center of the Yangtze River Delta, with a network of highways, airports, and high-speed train transportation, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and the Nanjing City center are in proximity. It takes 30 minutes to Lukou International Airport.
The GaoChun district of Nanjing has been rated as a national base for foreign trade transformation and upgrading, facilitating product import and export as well as market radiation.
