Costs are significantly lower than that in the core areas of the Yangtze River Delta, resulting in notable cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Industrial land costs 15k € per 667 square meters (30 years).
- An average factory building price of 470 € per square meter.
- A rental cost of 1,20 € to 1,50 € per square meter per month.

5. One-Stop All-Services
Our CGC team is there, just next door, on location available for you.
NJMEP "one location, eight centers" provides full-process services such as registration and evaluation, inspection and testing, bonded warehousing, etc., all in one place.
Furthermore, the NJMEP collaborates with research institutes such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Zhejiang University to accelerate technology transformation and product implementation.
6. Advantages in Location and Transportation
Located at the geometric center of the Yangtze River Delta, with a network of highways, airports, and high-speed train transportation, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and the Nanjing City center are in proximity. It takes 30 minutes to Lukou International Airport.
